What is an Intern Sponsor?
An Intern Sponsor directly supports one participant in our Intern Program by covering their wages, training, materials, supervision, and program participation costs. This sponsorship ensures that participants are compensated for their work while receiving valuable hands-on experience and job training. Your support helps us maintain the privacy and dignity of each intern while giving them the opportunity to thrive in a professional environment.
Do sponsors work directly with participants?
No. Sponsors support the program financially or through in-kind donations. All training and supervision are handled by Neverland Dreamers staff and volunteers.
