Our Programs at Neverland Dreamers
At Neverland Dreamers, we are dedicated to providing young adults with special needs the opportunity to gain valuable skills, build confidence, and prepare for a successful future. Our programs are designed to offer hands-on experiences in a supportive, inclusive environment. Whether through internships, skill-building workshops, or volunteer opportunities, we aim to empower individuals to grow and thrive.

1. Intern Program
Our Intern Program is designed for young adults ages 16+ with special needs. Interns gain real-world work experience in a variety of fields, helping them build job skills and prepare for employment. Interns are paid for their time and are supported by trained staff to ensure they succeed in a safe, structured environment.
2. Volunteer Program
The Volunteer Program allows individuals to contribute to our mission by assisting with events, activities, and general support for our participants. Volunteers gain experience working in a non-profit setting, while also making a positive impact in the lives of others.
3. Parent & Guardian Support
Our Parent & Guardian Support Program provides resources and guidance to families of individuals participating in our programs. We believe that working together with families is essential to ensuring the success of our participants. This program includes regular updates, orientation, and advice on how to best support your child’s journey.
4. Shop & Support
At Neverland Dreamers, we offer a Shop & Support program where you can purchase handmade goods and gifts created by our interns. Your purchases help fund our programs and provide valuable work experience for our participants.
5. Community Outreach & Events
We regularly host community outreach programs and events to spread awareness about our mission and build connections within the community. These events are a great opportunity for participants, volunteers, and supporters to come together and share in our success.
Getting Involved
